1. Cancellation Policy
Project-Based Services (e.g., Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing):
- You may cancel your project within 48 hours of payment for a full refund, provided work has not started.
- If work has begun, cancellations will be eligible for a partial refund, calculated based on the work completed.
- No cancellations are accepted once final deliverables are approved or completed.
Consultation Services:
- Our free 30-minute consultations can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Paid consultation sessions are non-refundable once delivered, but may be rescheduled with notice.
Monthly Retainer Services:
- Monthly or recurring services can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period after services have been rendered or resources allocated.
2. Refund Policy
- Full Refunds are only available for cancellations made before any work has commenced.
- Partial Refunds are issued for mid-way cancellations and depend on the scope of work already delivered.
- No Refunds are applicable:
- After final delivery and client approval.
- For client-side delays or unresponsiveness.
- For missed consultations without notice.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of confirmation.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method or customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway processing time.
